If the same pest has already come back once after a previous treatment, choose ongoing quarterly protection instead. The reason is biology, not sales: odorous house ant colonies around Henrico's mulched foundation beds have satellite nests, and German cockroaches reproduce faster than one visit can outpace, so the recurring problem is almost always a treatment-interval problem, not a product problem. The trade-off is simple — one-time costs less today and carries no schedule; quarterly costs more over a year but is the only approach that keeps a re-invading population from rebuilding between visits.
